Welcome to Protégé 2012
Following the success of five consecutive Protégé campaigns from 2007 onwards, Protégé is back again with the launch of the eagerly awaited Protégé 2012 campaign, once again supported by the RICS.
We know it's tough out there, and it is a particularly challenging time for graduates looking for employment. Although we are continuing to support our graduate recruitment programme, it is important to note that it is a very competitive process; year on year we attract higher numbers of applicants and we expect this year to be no different. Before you apply, please note that we will only offer positions to a handful of successful applicants, so take some time to think about what you can offer that will set you apart from the rest.
Rider Levett Bucknall was ranked No 1 in the Daily Telegraph sponsored CRF's 'Britain's Top Employers 2011' list for the third year running, and ranked in the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for 2011 for the fourth year running, which shows the hard work and effort we put into the recruitment and development of our staff.
Timelines and Deadlines
- 15 January - Protégé 2012 Application Deadline
- January/February - Feedback on all applications and tests/telephone interviews
- Early February - Assessment Centre in London followed by offers made for Summer Intake (June to October 2012)
- Summer - Final stages of the protégé initiative with a fun business day hosted by Chairman David Bucknall.
